If possible, include the vendor name, contact person (if applicable) and a website link or @account name for Instagram/Facebook. If you’ve got friends pitching in on any of the following, pop their names in there too, even if they don’t have websites or social media – in the future they might make a business of it (we see this alot!) and this way they’ll already have work out there to share.
