Although we have a range of legacy film packages that cover all sorts of eventualities, we prefer to work with you to curate a custom package especially for you, with various add-on options to level up or pare back, depending on your budget.

ONLINE CLIENT PAGE
All packages over 2 hours includes an online client page. In your password protected page, you’ll find all your order details including packaging and pricing, dates, and locations. There’s even a countdown clock till your wedding day!
- Keep tabs on deposits and payments made, and prior to your wedding day, link through to credit card payment portals or banking information for internet payments.
- Download pdfs of your agreement forms or invoicing.
- Fill in online planning forms for music selection, vendor and supplier information, family + group photos and the final Pre-wedding checklist of all the final details of your day.
- Link through to scheduled Zoom meetings for pre-wedding planning.
- Link through to Gift Registry portals to check progress towards your package.
- After your wedding, visit regularly to check on progress of your edits.
- Complete proofing of your highlight film, provide feedback and changes and sign off proof edits you’re happy with for final edit completion.
- Link to photo galleries and your Dropbox folder to download finished files and hi-res images. Find gallery and video links, passwords and Download PIN.
- Complete questionnaires for blog features, refer your friends and family and leave a Google review or testimonial.

DELIVERABLES
TEASER TRAILER
A sneak peek of your day, about 60sec long, to give you a little look into what your highlights will be like, and something to share with family and friends shortly after your wedding day!
HIGHLIGHTS FILM
All the best and beautiful moments from your day professionally edited together into a gorgeous highlights film to a specially selected licensed music track. You’ll receive a proof edit via Vimeo private link so you can check the edit and make any changes. The length of your finished edit depends on your package, your footage and your changes. Typically, your highlights film is the length of 2 songs or around 3 – 6mins. Any footage that isn’t chosen for your highlights film will be in your raw footage cut.
RAW FOOTAGE CUT
Proper raw footage is really hard to watch – lots of individual clips 60sec long, 5min long, it’s a very tedious stop start viewing experience.
So you receive what is known as cleaned up raw footage, or your raw footage cut. It includes all your raw files and camera mic audio (and excludes travel time, meal breaks and any repeated shots and big pauses where nothing is happening) put together into one playable mp4 video file for each camera.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
Your highlights proof edit is delivered via private Vimeo link for you to review and feedback your changes, either a direct link or embedded in your client page.
Your completed package including high resolution images are delivered via Dropbox, either a direct link or embedded in your client page.
Your images are delivered via online gallery. Web resolution images can be downloaded and shared directly from gallery.
PHYSICAL ITEM DELIVERY
If your package includes a flash drive box, this will be couriered to you in a recyclable R3 paper courier bag.
Prints, and canvases are also available through your online gallery and are couriered to you in a recyclable R3 paper courier bag.
Albums are delivered via courier or hand delivered.
MUSIC
Your teaser and highlights film will have songs carefully selected from Musicbed and other licensed music platforms, that beautifully match the feeling of you and your day for easy sharing without copyright blocks or muting.
