Taumeasina Wedding
I know I’ve said it before, but seriously … just how lucky are we? In the middle of winter (which also happened to be my birthday), Gray and I boarded a plane to the beautiful Samoan island of Upolu. We were going to film and photograph a wedding at Taumeasina Island Resort in Samoa. Dream job!
The weather report I’d been following for several days before had forecasted for thunder storms. But, I didn’t care because I knew even a rainy day in Samoa was going to be so much warmer than a winter day in Auckland!
The night before, I dove deeply into my wardrobe to fish out my jandals (yay!). Rain or shine, I knew these were going to be absolutely appropriate work footwear for Ah See & Ashley’s wedding. We also got to work alongside our beautiful Moving Films couple – Yvonne & Ben! They provided the florals and styling, celebrant and master of ceremonies services for the Bride & Groom! Such talent!
And pffft, thunder storms? What thunder storms? It turned out to be just a beautiful, glorious, sunny Samoa day!
