Just like going in with friends on a big-ticket present, our gift registry fits every budget from $1 to $1000 (or more), all from your phone! If your guests would rather organise payment by internet banking, that’s fine too.
For the guests that want to get something meaningful, for the guests on a budget but who still want to contribute towards an awesome gift, for friends and family unable to attend your wedding due to lockdowns or travel restrictions, but who still want to be a part of your day – the gift of a film and photography package is perfect!
Get started
Set up your registry page.
Setting up a gift registry is easy! After you’ve confirmed your booking with us and paid your deposit to secure your wedding date and package price. When you get your online client page portal access, you can decide to set up a gift registry and create a personalised web page to receive contributions towards your package.
Personalise it, make it yours.
- Decide if you want the page public or password protected
- Decide if you want the progress bar expressed in $ or %
- Select your wedding theme hex colours to carry through on your registry page.
- Optional – upload a photo for the header – perhaps an engagement photo or an image that matches the mood of your wedding.
- Optional – Create your personal messages to welcome visitors to your gift registry page, and thank them for their contributions.
Share it with family & guests.
Once your page has been set up, you’re ready to start sharing it with your guests either via a web link with your wedding invitations, on your wedding website or email the link to those that ask for wedding gift ideas.
Track progress.
We'll update the payments, from whom and the balance on your client page as gifts come in. Visit your client page regularly to check progress.
If your balance is close to being reached, we’ll check with you if you want to close off the registry, or you can choose to continue and put the extra funds towards a package upgrade, extra hours or Queensberry album design and products (that's if you’re getting photography with us).
Two weeks before your wedding day, any balance left is due for payment. Any extra credit can be allocated towards upgrades or extras and we can confirm with you when we meet for our Pre-wedding Meeting.
Enclosure cards
How do you wrap a registry gift?
Guests can request a personalised Enclosure Card, either a physical copy mailed to them or download a PDF that they can print and include with their wedding card.
