Yes, if I am uncertain as to whether my video or activity or use is permitted under this licence, I agree to contact OneMusic’s Customer Support Team on 0800 800 663 for further clarity. If there is any breach in the licence agreement, either knowingly or unknowingly, I assume full responsibility and release Moving Films Limited from any claims and demands.
Yes, I understand that this license agreement does not replace the normal terms and conditions of my original order and and agreement with Moving Films Limited.
Yes, I have read and accept the OneMusic Licence Agreement as per this link and acknowledge that these apply to any entities associated with us but not listed. We jointly and severally acknowledge that all clauses within this agreement are accepted without exception.
